General Provisions
This Policy is an official standard document and defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals using the Site Resource.

The site administration can process information about users, which includes:

Personal data processing is carried out on the basis of the principles:
the legality of the purposes and methods of processing personal data and good faith;
compliance of the purposes of processing personal data with the purposes predetermined and declared when collecting personal data, as well as the powers of the Site Administration;
compliance of the volume and nature of processed personal data, methods of processing personal data with the purposes of processing personal data;
the inadmissibility of combining databases containing personal data created for incompatible purposes.
Conditions and purposes of personal data processing
The site administration processes the user’s personal data with his consent in order to provide services to the user for the use of the Site Resources.
Collection of personal data
The user’s personal data provided for in clause 5.1 of this Policy are transferred to the Site Administration with the user’s consent. The user’s consent to the transfer of his personal data to the Site Administration is provided in the form of implicit actions when the user first loads the Site’s Resources.
Transfer of personal data
Personal data of users is not transferred to any third parties, except for cases expressly provided for by this Policy. The site administration takes technical, organizational and legal measures in order to ensure the protection of the user’s personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions.
Limitation of the Policy
This Policy does not apply to the actions and Internet resources of third parties.
User requests
Users have the right to send their requests to the Site Administration, including requests regarding the use of their personal data, provided for in clause 7.1.2 of this Policy, in writing to the address specified in the “Write to us” section in the form of an electronic document signed by a qualified electronic signature in in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, at the e-mail address indicated in the “Write to us” section.
The request submitted by the user must contain the following information:
number of the main identity document of the user or his representative;
information about the date of issue of the specified document and the issuing authority;
information confirming the user’s participation in relations with the Site Administration (in particular, information about downloading one of the Site Resources to a personal email address used by the user when using the Site Resources);
signature of the user or his representative.
The site administration undertakes to consider and send a response to the user’s request within 30 days from the date of receipt of the request.
All correspondence received by the Site Administration from users (requests in writing or electronic form) refers to information of limited access and is not disclosed without the written consent of the user. Personal data and other information about the user who sent the request cannot be used without the user’s special consent otherwise than to respond to the topic of the request received or in cases directly provided for by law.
